A feed is a one-time purchase of a digital item — seed for a cartoon duck, plus a listing on the Feeding Wall. It is a fixed price, not a bid or a stake. There is no prize, no winner, no payout, and no way to get money back out. Nobody competes for anything of value. This is a social game, not a money game.
And it won't be here forever. The domain and hosting are paid up for a limited stretch — this site could go offline within about a year. Your name stays on the wall for as long as the duck is up, and that's the whole promise. No migration, no refunds if it closes. Feed him because today is funny.
1. What this is. Feed The Duck is an online social game offered for entertainment. You may buy digital seed at a fixed price. Buying seed increases a shared cartoon duck's displayed weight and creates a listing on the Feeding Wall.
2. No stakes, no winnings. Purchases are not bids, stakes, wagers, or entries. There is no prize, no reward of money or money's worth, and no winner. No amount paid can be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for anything. Rankings on the Feeding Wall carry no entitlement of any kind.
2A. Not an investment. Item names on this site, including "The Seed Bag", are jokes about birdseed. A purchase gives you no equity, shares, profit participation, convertible instrument, loan, or ownership or economic interest of any kind, and no returns are offered or implied. Nothing here is an offer to invest or a solicitation of any security. Money received is ordinary business revenue, not a donation and not held on your behalf.
3. Age. You must be 18 or older to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may toss free seed only.
4. Your listing. You are responsible for the name, message, and link you submit. You confirm you have the right to use them. You may not submit anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, defamatory, deceptive, impersonating, malware-bearing, or promoting gambling, real-money gaming, or unregistered financial products.
5. Review and removal. Every listing is reviewed before publication. We may refuse, edit, or remove any listing at any time, with or without reason. A removed listing is not refunded. Grams already fed remain fed.
6. Links. Outbound links are user-submitted, marked nofollow noopener, and are not endorsed or verified by us.
7. Availability, and how long this lasts. The duck, the wall, and this service are provided "as is". Digital seed has no cash value and no guaranteed lifespan.
7A. This site is not promised to exist forever. The domain and hosting are currently paid for a limited period, and this website may go offline once that period ends — plausibly within about a year of your purchase. We may also change or discontinue any part of it at any time, for any reason. Your listing is permanent for as long as the site is up, and that is the only permanence being offered. If the site closes, listings are not migrated, republished, or compensated, and no refunds are given for a purchase made before it closed. Buy seed because you want to feed the duck today, not as a long-term arrangement.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at the operator's registered location having jurisdiction.
All sales are final. Digital seed is delivered instantly and fed to the duck the moment your payment succeeds. It cannot be un-fed.
Immediate delivery consent. At checkout you expressly ask for delivery to begin at once and acknowledge that you therefore lose any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase — including the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to consumers in the EU and UK. You must tick this box before you can pay.
Exceptions we do honour. We will refund a duplicate charge, a technical failure where seed was charged but not delivered, or a payment you can show was unauthorised. Write to the address below with the payment reference.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge you understood at the time, we will provide your checkout consent record to the payment provider.
What we collect. The display name, message, and link you choose to publish; your email address, for the receipt; and the payment reference. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach us.
Why. To show your listing, send your receipt, keep accounts, and handle disputes and complaints.
Who else sees it. Your name, message, and link are public by design — that is what you bought. Your email is not published.
Your rights. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email the address below and we will respond within 30 days. Erasing your data removes your listing; the grams stay with the duck.
Analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying page counts only.
